Start with a 1mL dosage, once per day in the morning, then increase dosage to 1mL three times daily as required.

Apply the tincture drops under the tongue and hold for 30 seconds to a minute before swallowing.

We recommend using for five days per week and then two days off to avoid your body adapting to the tincture.

As with any tincture, the taste is a strong herbal-like flavour and alcohol taste, expected as part of the distilling process to achieve such a concentrated liquid extract.

If you would prefer to dilute the taste, simply add the recommended dosage in 50ml of water and drink.

We recommend starting once per day, and increasing to up to three times per day if required.
